Demesne Farm is a working farm on the edge of Bellingham, a hundred metres from the village's shops, pubs and tea rooms. The campsite has thirty level grass pitches split between two small fields, one with twelve electric hook-ups and one without. Toilets and hot showers are in a converted stone farm building off a cobbled yard, with dishwashing sinks and local information alongside.

It suits walkers and cyclists on the Pennine Way or the Reivers Coast to Coast, and is a short drive from Kielder Water and Hadrian's Wall. Free-range hens wander round, and guests can see the farm at work. Granary Cottage, newly renovated on the farm, sleeps four in two en-suite bedrooms.
