Campervan and Caravan Site at Tynedale Rugby Club

This is a simple stopover in the grounds of Tynedale Rugby Club on the south side of the Tyne at Corbridge, about three miles east of Hexham. Caravans and campervans park on the gravel area just inside the entrance or on the grass beside it, and the club asks you to stick to the gravel once the grass gets soft. If that is full there is hard standing in the car park past the tennis courts.

There are no toilets or showers, so tents are not accepted. You will find an Elsan disposal point with a tap beside the railway line and a fresh water tap on the end of the second green shed. Booking is by the night through an online ticket page, and you can arrive between 8am and 9pm with an easy departure the next day.
