Ullswater Heights is a Leisure Resorts park at Newbiggin, between Penrith and the Ullswater shore, inside the Lake District National Park. Every stay is a hot tub stay: lodges sleeping two to eight, pods beside the on-site lake, three-bedroom safari tents and one-bedroom lakeside retreats all have their own tub on the decking. There are no pitches for your own tent or van; this is a self-catering park.
On site there is a lakeside bar and restaurant with a wood-fired pizza oven, a small shop selling Cumbrian produce, nine-hole adventure golf free to guests, a playground, free wifi, a dog agility field and a dog wash. Dogs are accepted in selected lodges. Part of the park is also owner-occupied lodges for sale, so expect a mix of guests and owners.
