See all 5 photosNew Ing Lodge is a bed and breakfast, bunk-room and group-hire building on Shap's main street, with a licensed bar. Round the back there is a garden where it puts up to ten flat, level tent spots during high season, and the sunsets over the eastern fells are the draw.
Campers get a toilet and shower block, a small kitchen area, picnic benches and an undercover seating area, and can book breakfast and evening meals or overnight laundry when the lodge has capacity. Camping runs Monday to Friday only in high season, and the main house, bar and meals are not available on Mondays. Prices are not published on the site, only a from figure, so ring or use the booking engine.
