Iona Campsite is the island's only campsite, on Cnoc Oran a short walk from the village and the ferry from Fionnphort. It is deliberately basic: 31 non-electric grass pitches, five toilets, five showers, a small kitchen area and washing-up space, and a communal firepit and barbecue area.

Cars are not allowed on Iona except for full-time residents and blue badge holders, so you leave the car at the long-stay car park in Fionnphort on Mull and walk on. Bring a tent you can carry. A taxi runs on the island if you need it.
