Eigg Camping Pods are three wooden pods just up from the pier at Galmisdale Bay, the island's main landing point, so you can walk from the ferry to your door. Each sleeps up to four on a raised platform. They are heated and lit, with a few sockets, a kettle, a small fridge and basic crockery. Bedding and towels can be added for a fee.

There is no cooking kit in the pods. An Sgurr, the top pod, has its own cooking shelter, while the two lower pods share one. A washhouse a few yards away has toilets, showers and a drying room, and there is a campfire spot by each pod plus a bigger shared one. The business is owned by the island community and the profits go back into local services. Dogs are welcome for a small charge, but sheep and lambs roam free around the pods.
