Shieling Holidays sits on the shore at Craignure, where the Oban ferry comes in, with views across the Sound of Mull and up Loch Linnhe towards Ben Nevis. The lower park has reception, the main facilities and hardstanding pitches for caravans, motorhomes and trailer tents. The top field above has astroturf tent pitches, which stay dry and mud-free, and the glamping chalets.

Besides touring and camping there are twelve insulated glamping chalets that sleep up to six, plus two small cottages. There is a common room with cooking kit, drying tents for wet gear, a games shieling with pool table and table tennis, and a bar and restaurant called The Lookout in a converted film-crew trailer on site.

The ferry, a pub, a shop and cafes are all within walking distance, and buses leave Craignure for Tobermory and Fionnphort (for Iona). It is open all year, and check-in is self-service by email.
