Year-round Club site in East Brighton Park on the edge of the South Downs, with a cafe at the gate, buses into town and a mix of touring, tent and glamping pitches.

A large Caravan and Motorhome Club site in East Brighton Park, about two miles east of the seafront. It has 176 pitches, 140 on hardstanding, including 23 tent pitches, and it is open all year to non-members as well.
Facilities include a toilet block with family washroom and disabled shower room, laundry, dishwashing area, playground and a late-arrivals area with hook-up. Chef Philippe at the campsite entrance serves coffee, breakfasts and evening pizza and pasta with outdoor seating. Glamping pods are booked through Experience Freedom.
Regular buses run into Brighton, and Lewes and the South Downs are close.
