Kinloch is a former croft at the head of Loch Dunvegan on the north-west side of Skye. Some pitches sit right on the shore, with the flat tops of MacLeod's Tables across the water, and seals and sea birds are regular sights. The village of Dunvegan, with its shops, pubs and cafes, is about five minutes away on foot.

There is a large open tent field where you choose your own spot, plus 24 hardstanding pitches for motorhomes, campervans and caravans, with or without 10 amp hook-up. The amenity block has free hot showers, laundry, a dish-washing room and an accessible toilet and shower, and wifi covers the whole site. Dogs are welcome on leads; fires and generators are not allowed.

Charges are per night. Pitch prices are added to a per-person charge. One car or motorbike is included; extra cars, trailers, awnings (up to 3m) and gazebos cost extra and must be booked before arrival. A motorhome or caravan with one occupant gets 6 pounds off the two-person price.
