North Skye Pods are a handful of insulated pods in the Trotternish area, half a kilometre off the main road, facing the long Trotternish mountain ridge. Each sleeps up to four: a main room with a kitchenette, double bed, sofa and smart TV, a curtained rear area with bunk beds, and a bathroom with a shower.
The kitchens come properly stocked, with an induction hob, oven, fridge freezer and all the pots and crockery. Bedding, towels and a hair dryer are included, there is underfloor heating, and each pod has its own decking with a fire pit that doubles as a barbecue.
Kilt Rock is a three-minute drive, the Quiraing ten and the Old Man of Storr about fifteen. There is a bus stop 500m away and a food store 1km off. The pods open from 1 April to 31 October, and pets aren't allowed.
