Cae Gwyn Farm sits at Bronaber, just down the road from the Coed y Brenin trail centre in Snowdonia, and trades as Bike Ranch Snowdonia. Camping is spread over several fields with the Rhinog mountains behind, and a mountain bike jumps line runs through the middle that only guests can ride.

Tents and campervans up to 6.5m are welcome; motorhomes, caravans and trailer tents are not. You pick your own spot rather than being slotted into a grid. There is no hook-up, but there is a rustic barn with hot showers and toilets, a washing-up area with fridge and microwave, a drying room, a bike wash and a secure bike store.

Under cover there is the Jumps View Pod, which sleeps four and has underfloor heating, and the four-bedroom Hayloft Barn for groups of up to ten. Quiet hours start at 10pm and the site is not for parties. Booking is online only.
