MotoCamp Wales is run by Moto Junkies on the former Dolgellau golf course, an 18-acre site a walk from the old market town and at the foot of the Cadair Idris range. It is set up for bikers, hikers, cyclists and overlanders, with a changing area with showers and toilets for muddy kit and a campfire to gather round.
You can rent two three-bedroom lodges and a one-bedroom lodge, or stay in a camping pod or a tent. Camping is limited and by arrangement only, so contact them first rather than turning up. Guided road and trail rides, photography and map-reading workshops can be booked on request. Dogs are welcome in the lodges. Group bookings and events are welcome.
