- Glamping
Wooda is a family-owned holiday park on a working farm at Poughill, about a mile and a half from Bude, with views over Bude Bay. Touring and camping pitches sit in three areas: Bramble Park, Upper Meadow and the main fields, and range from simple grass to hardstanding and fully serviced premier pitches that include an awning. Ten Upper Meadow grass pitches come with their own private bathroom pod.
Alongside the pitches it lets lodges, holiday homes, S-Pods and cottages, so a mixed group can split across different types of stay. On site there are farm animals and alpacas, a nature trail, pitch and putt, tennis, a gym, a play area, a farm shop, a coffee and bar spot and a takeaway, with the licensed bar and ice cream parlour only running in peak season. Dogs are welcome on the touring pitches and in the dog-friendly accommodation, with a dog field and a dog shower. Open fires and fire pits are not allowed.
