This is the Camping and Caravanning Club's site at Gillards Moor near St Gennys, set among rolling countryside off the A39 a short drive south of Bude. It has grass and hardstanding pitches, with and without electric, plus larger grass pitches and a serviced hardstanding type, and takes tents, caravans, motorhomes, trailer tents and rooftop tents.
The site has a play area, a shop, a recreation hall and Wi-Fi. There is no dog walk or off-lead area on site, though dog-friendly beaches are a short drive away, and the lanes around have no pavements, so you will want the car to get about. Bude's surf beaches and the coast path trailheads are roughly 10 to 15 minutes away, and Boscastle and Tintagel are easy day trips.
