Chelsfield Farm is a 21-acre smallholding near Boyton, a short drive inland from Bude and close to Launceston, run by the same couple since 2012. The camping field has about a dozen grass pitches with electric, roughly 9m by 9m each, plus a few hardstandings for caravans and motorhomes. Family animals still wander the site, including a pony, a sheep and a pair of geese, and the views run across to Dartmoor.

The rest of the park is built around staying put: two three-bedroom lodges, a two-bedroom static, a camping pod for couples and seasonal caravan pitches. Food is covered by the Stumble Inn bar and restaurant (with takeaway) and a farm shop with its own butchery. There are also stocked fishing lakes. Showers and toilets are included in the pitch price, and the on-site laundry has a washing machine and dryer.
