This is the small campsite attached to the Tamar Lakes activity centre, on the Cornwall and Devon border a few miles inland from Bude. There are thirteen pitches (seven grass, five grass with hook-up and one hardstanding with electric) plus a four-berth wooden camping pod, which has bunk beds and a table but no power beyond a solar light and USB port.

Site facilities run to showers and toilets, a baby-changing room, washing-up area, waste disposal and recycling, and a play area. The lake has a level path all the way round and a cafe, and in the main season the activity centre hires kayaks, canoes and paddleboards. Dogs stay free but are not allowed inside the pod. Motorhomes over 20ft cannot be taken because of the site access.
