The Croft is a small holiday site in the centre of Hawkshead village. There is no camping here: it lets five two-bedroom static caravans, each sleeping up to six, along with hot-tub lodges and apartments run alongside.

The caravans are let Friday to Friday, with Monday to Friday and Friday to Monday short breaks. Gas, electric, bed linen and towels are included in the price, and up to two well-behaved dogs are accepted by arrangement for a weekly charge. Dogs must be kept on a lead and exercised off the site.
