Clover Fields is a family-owned, adults-only touring park on the outskirts of Buxton, a short way from the Peak District National Park. Pitches are level, part hardstanding and part grass, divided by hedges, each with a 16 amp hook-up, a water tap and its own bin. The fully serviced pitches are larger, with a low hedge and a waste water drain.
There is a heated toilet and shower block, a shower room for disabled guests, a laundry, a motorhome service point and chemical disposal. A small pond is open for fishing, with a limit of three fish a day, and there is a dog-walking area on site.
A Transpeak bus stops outside the delivery entrance on the Buxton to Derby route, and a local taxi firm runs a flat fare into town. Everyone on site, visitors included, must be over 18. Bookings go through the owners by phone or email.
