Beech Croft Farm sits in the hamlet of Blackwell in the Peak, on the White Peak plateau between Buxton and Bakewell. The Gregory family have run it since 2006. There are 30 level hardstanding pitches for caravans, motorhomes and campervans, open all year, and three grass fields for tents that open from March to the end of October.

Hardstandings have 16 amp hook-up, water and a TV socket. Tent fields have 10 amp hook-ups on a cash-only prepay meter card. The toilet and shower block is heated underfloor and split into ladies, gents and unisex with accessible facilities, and there is a laundry, washing-up room, small shop, coffee shop, two play areas and a fenced dog exercise field. Pitches are not allocated: you choose on arrival. Taddington has two pubs, and the Pennine Bridleway runs nearby.
