Laneside has been run by the same family since the 1950s and sits beside the River Noe on the edge of Hope, a five-minute walk from the village pubs and shops. Touring pitches come as serviced hardstanding, electric hardstanding or electric grass, and one field is kept adults-only for a quieter stay. Tents go on 22 non-electric pitches in the lower part of the site by the river, including a few on The Shelf that have no vehicle access, so you carry your kit from the visitors' car park.

You can also rent one of six touring caravans, some of which take dogs, or Jack's Hut, a shepherd's hut with a log burner, shower and a veranda facing Mam Tor. The shower block is heated, with free power showers and a family and accessible room. There is a shop, laundry, wifi, a football field and boules court, and a large dog-walking area. Quiet time starts at 10:30pm, and the park does not take young single-sex groups or unaccompanied teenagers.
