Woodyhyde is a 15-acre campsite on the Isle of Purbeck, a short walk from Corfe Castle village. There are no marked pitches: across three big fields you simply pick your own spot on arrival, on grass or on a limited amount of hardstanding, with electric hook-ups to book if you want one. Tents, trailer tents, campervans and motorhomes are welcome; caravans are not allowed.

One field runs beside the Swanage Railway, so heritage steam trains pass close to the pitches. Dogs are welcome and free in two of the fields, and the third is dog-free. The shop sells camping essentials and gas, and has discounted tickets for the steam train. A paddock of yurts and shepherd's huts offers a ready-made option if you would rather not bring a tent.

Swanage and Studland beaches are about ten minutes by car, and the Jurassic Coast walks are close. The site entrance goes under a railway bridge only 3.18m high and 2.7m wide, so tall vans need to check first.
