Tyddyn Du is a small, owner-run touring park on the hillside above Penmaenmawr, looking out over the sea to Anglesey, Puffin Island and the Great Orme at Llandudno. It takes touring caravans and motorhomes only, so there are no tents, and nobody under 18 is allowed on site, including visitors.

Every pitch has a 16 amp hook-up and the nightly price already covers two adults and an awning. The toilet and shower block is the part the owners are proudest of, with a wet room, a utility room with washer and dryer, and a dog walking area on site. Pitches are laid out for UK-spec units up to 7ft 6in wide, so 8ft-wide vans are turned away.
