Ysgubor Carfan is a small adults-only campsite at Pentir, a short drive from Bangor and the A55 on the edge of Eryri (Snowdonia). It has five hardstanding pitches, each about 10m by 6m with electric, water and grey-water disposal, so it suits caravans, motorhomes and campervans.
There are no toilets or showers, so you need a self-contained van or a porta potti. Four to five acres of fields next to the pitches are used for dog walking, and there are horses, chickens and ducks about. Hill walking, climbing, cycling and Llyn Padarn are all close.
