Sunnymead is a four-acre family farm campsite on Mortehoe Road, with fields looking over Lee Bay towards the Welsh coast. It has two camping enclosures and a rally field that is opened in the summer holidays, with the middle of the site left open for children's ball games.

Most pitches have 16A hook-up and a few are fully serviced. The shower and toilet blocks have been refurbished in recent years, and there is a family shower room, a small shop, a play area for under-12s and an on-demand bus stop at the gate. Dogs stay free and there is direct access to a bridleway. Ranger the pony and a miniature horse live in a paddock beside some pitches.

Two 2022 static caravans, Willows and Honeysuckle, sit in their own fenced gardens away from the tents. Each sleeps four to five.
