Yomer Wood is a small woodland a ten-minute walk from the centre of Lee, between Ilfracombe and Woolacombe. A handful of cleared pitches are scattered through the trees, so you camp out of sight of other people. There are streams, a pond and a covered firepit area by the water.

The site is car-free: park by the road and carry your gear about ten minutes along a slope to your pitch. A festival trolley can usually be borrowed. Facilities are basic: a compost loo, a pot-wash area and a shower in the stream.

A public footpath crosses the site, which suits South West Coast Path walkers. Lee has a pub, and the bay is a short walk. Dogs are not accepted. Two cabins, one in the woods and one in the owners' garden, are let through Airbnb. The whole wood can be booked by groups.
