St Minver is a Parkdean Resorts holiday-home park set among trees in the grounds of an old manor house, a short drive from the beaches at Polzeath, Daymer Bay and Rock and from the Camel Trail. You stay in a hire caravan, chalet or lodge; the park's own page does not offer touring or camping pitches.

Caravans come in 2 and 3 bedroom layouts sleeping up to 8, graded from Bronze to Gold, with lodges above them and chalets alongside. The park has an indoor pool and sauna, adventure golf, soft play, an arcade, a playground, a multi-sports court and a Showbar with live evening acts, plus a Kids' Club programme. There is a launderette and a convenience store, and Wi-Fi is free in the venue but charged in the accommodation.
