Mother Ivey's Bay Holiday Park

Mother Ivey's Bay is a 35-acre family-run park on Trevose Head near Padstow, with a private sandy beach at the bottom of the fields. It deliberately has no bar, club or restaurant and asks for silence from 11pm, so it suits families and couples after a calm week by the sea.

You can camp or tour in several fields: Booby's field, which opens in May and looks across to Booby's Bay and Constantine Bay, The Green near the middle of the park, and the sheltered, dog-free Square. Pitches come as Luxury (electric and shared water) or Deluxe (landscaped, walled, with water and drainage). The park also hires out Silver, Gold, Diamond and Platinum caravans by the week. Facilities include site-wide wifi, a launderette, an adventure playground and the Beachside Pantry shop with bread, coffee and Friday and Saturday takeaway pizza. Gates are locked to vehicles from midnight to 7am, and groups of single-sex or unsupervised young people are not accepted.

2027 tariff; all prices include VAT. Hire prices are per week starting Saturday and include gas, electricity and bed linen (bring towels). Rows with identical prices on consecutive weeks are merged into one band. Tourers and tents: check-in 12:00, out 11:00; hire caravans: in 15:00, out 10:00. Pitches without electric/water can be booked by phone only. The tariff page says hire arrivals are Thursday, Saturday or Sunday, the Silver page says Friday to Sunday.
