Macdonald's Farm is a family-run site on the north Cornwall coast road between Padstow and Newquay, a short drive from Porthcothan Bay and the coast path. The camping fields have marked pitches in several sizes, from small no-hook-up plots to extra-large serviced ones that take two tents or a van and a tent.
The farm has a petting area, playground, shop, cafe and bar with food most evenings, and a games room. Away from the main field there is a private glamping garden with safari tents and two hot-tub cabins. It is a quiet-minded site that doesn't take stag or hen parties.
- Farm animals, playground and cafe on site
- Pitches up to 10 people, with serviced options
- Safari tents plus two cabins with wood-fired hot tubs
- Dog wash and dog exercise area
- Bus stop at the gate
