Newquay Bay sits in the valley behind Porth Beach, about two miles from Newquay town centre. The accommodation is all caravans, in four grades from Comfort up to Indulgent, with accessible caravans available for wheelchair users.

The leisure side is the strongest part: a 20 metre indoor pool, a heated outdoor pool, sauna and steam room, a salon, a shop, bike hire and an arcade and bar at the Porth Venue. Holiday guests swim free in the indoor pool and Blue Surf School gives 10% off lessons and beach yoga. The park suggests entering TR7 3EJ in the sat nav first to avoid single-track lanes.
