Trenance Holiday Park

Family-run park in Newquay's Trenance valley, about a mile on foot from the town and beaches, with touring pitches, pods, chalets and caravans. No pets.

  • No dogs
  • Near beach
  • Glamping

Trenance has been run by the Hoyte family since 1951 and sits in the Trenance valley, roughly a 15-minute walk from Newquay town centre and its beaches. The railway and bus stations are under a mile away. It is a mix of grass touring and camping pitches, hard standing pitches, camping pods, chalets and static caravans, plus pitches for owners' own caravans.

Every touring and camping pitch has a 16-amp electric hook-up included in the price, a car space alongside and a free awning. Pricing is per person per night with no minimum pitch fee. Shower blocks, toilets and a dishwashing room with free hot water are open round the clock, there is a launderette and a free ice-pack freezer, and free WiFi is available in two lounges rather than across the site. There is no bar or clubhouse and no pool on the park, which keeps nights quiet; two family pubs are about five minutes away.

The park does not allow pets, and it will not take all-male, all-female or uneven large groups of four or more. Touring and camping stays are limited to two weeks. Bookings for 2027 open on 1 January 2027.
