Glamping

Meadowfields sits on the edge of Dartington, about two and a half miles from Totnes station, with the South Hams coast and Dartmoor both within easy reach. Most of the beds are in insulated pods built in Devon, each sleeping up to five with a king bed and bunks, and in six bell tents on raised platforms. Pod and bell-tent stays come with bedding, and pods also have towels, crockery and a kettle.

There are also eight tent pitches and eight campervan spots, though no electric hook-ups yet (the owners say they plan to add some in 2026). Everyone shares an underfloor-heated shower block with a laundry and accessible toilet, and a communal barn with table tennis, table football and board games. Fire pits can be hired, dogs are welcome on leads, and the whole site can be hired for groups.
