Broadleigh Farm Park is a nine-acre site split into two big fields divided by Devon hedgerows, with a central service block. All pitches are grass, with or without a 16 amp electric hook-up, and the park takes tents, touring caravans and motorhomes. Its two accessible washrooms have a toilet, shower and sink, with flat, level access.

It sits roughly halfway between Paignton and Totnes, close to Stoke Gabriel on the Dart, which has a shop, pubs and a post office. Dartmoor is about half an hour away and the south Devon beaches are a few minutes by car. Dogs are allowed on a lead at all times, and showers are free. The park is open from mid March to mid October.
