Family-run farm park near Stoke Gabriel with 90 spaced-out touring pitches, a heated facilities block and a few static caravans, open late March to October.

Higher Well Farm is a working farm a mile or so from Stoke Gabriel on the Dart estuary, run by the Ball family. The 90 touring pitches are spread over grass fields with some electric hook-ups, hardstandings and fully serviced hardstandings, and awnings are allowed on every pitch.
The toilet block is the selling point: free showers, individual wash cubicles, family rooms with their own shower and toilet, a disabled room with baby changing, a laundrette and a freezer for ice packs. There is no shop any more, so the nearest groceries are about a mile away. It takes families, couples and solo travellers only, no commercial vehicles, and dogs on leads are free. A handful of static caravans are let by the week too, some of them pet free.
