The campsite sits behind the Dartmoor Halfway Inn on the Ashburton Road between Newton Abbot and Ashburton, with Dartmoor a short drive away. There are around 25 private pitches for caravans, motorhomes and tourers, in three grades: standard on grass with hardstanding, comfort with electric, and premiere with electric, water and waste. A separate field holds up to 15 tents.
Bell tents with a double bed and linen run from April to September. The shower block has been refurbished and includes disabled facilities and a utility room with washing machines and dryers, and there is wifi on site. The pub serves food, so dinner is a walk away.
