Hillside is a camping field run by the Hook & Hatchet Inn at Hucking, on the slope above the pub. It takes tents, tourers and motorhomes, with twelve electric hook-ups, eight tourer pitches and a good amount of open grass for tents. Two unisex toilet and shower rooms sit apart from the pub and are open round the clock.

The site is right beside the Woodland Trust's Hucking Estate and not far from the North Downs Way, so walks start at the field edge. The pub serves food and has regular music and quiz nights, so expect some evening noise on event days. Because the field is on a hill, it runs as tourers only in the colder months. Dogs are welcome throughout, and bell tents can be hired through a local events company.
