Bearsted is a Caravan and Motorhome Club site of 66 touring pitches, 40 of them on hardstanding, on gently sloping fields beside open farmland. One field overlooks a horse paddock. Non-members can book.
A bus stop is at the entrance, and footpaths lead to Bearsted village and its pubs and to Leeds Castle. Maidstone is a short distance away, and a golf course and a fishing lake are within a mile or so. There is a playground and a dog walk on site.
Leave the M20 at junction 8 and follow the A20 for Bearsted; the site is on the left in about half a mile. Open mid-March to early November.
