Warden Springs sits on the cliffs at Warden Point on the north Kent coast of the Isle of Sheppey, with sea views across the park and woodland behind. It is mainly a static caravan park, run by Spreyer Holiday Parks (it used to belong to Park Resorts), with touring and camping pitches alongside the holiday homes.

Touring pitches have electric hook-ups and there are toilets, showers and waste points for visitors. On site you get a heated outdoor pool with a paddling pool in summer, a clubhouse with bar, food and weekend entertainment, an arcade, a play area, a multi-sports court and a football field. There is a convenience shop by reception. Barbecues and fire pits are banned across the park and its fields.
