Seaview has only a promenade between the park and the sea, on the Kent coast between Whitstable and Herne Bay, with coastal paths running both ways. Alongside caravan holidays there are camping pods, which sleep four and share the park's washing and toilet facilities.

The park has a bar and restaurant with a dog-friendly area, a shop, takeaway, amusement arcade, a children's play area and a launderette. The outdoor pool and paddling pool open from late April to mid September, and there is weekend cabaret.
