Ellerton Park is a touring-only field above the west shore of a 60-acre lake between Richmond and Northallerton. There is a choice of hardstanding and grass pitches, with electric hook-up available, and fresh water taps are dotted around the site.
The toilet and shower block is in the lake car park, a short walk away. Tents, Hobby caravans and trade vehicles are not accepted. The lake has a non-motorised water sports centre (kayaks, paddle boards, diving and open water swimming), and a cafe and garden shop are within walking distance. Everything is cash only and pitches must be booked by phone.
