Duirinish Holiday Lodges is a small cluster of ten timber cabins and chalets in a three-acre valley with a burn along two sides, a couple of miles from Plockton and a short drive from the Skye bridge. Most are Canadian-style log cabins; three are Scandinavian-style chalets. They sleep four to six, and all have electric heating, a full kitchen, free wifi, bed linen and towels, plus a barbecue and garden furniture.
Stays are mainly by the week, with ten-night and two-week options and Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday short breaks in a handful of lodges. Two dogs per lodge are welcome if they are over six months and kept on a lead. There is a small play park, and red squirrels, roe deer and a lot of garden birds around the site.
