This is a holiday-home park on the shore of a 120-acre lake, close to Delamere Forest and about half an hour from Chester. Visitors can rent lodges from two to five bedrooms, including lakeside lodges, and two and three bedroom holiday homes. Hot tubs are available on some. Many homes are privately owned.

The lake is open for wild swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking and small-boat sailing, there is a small sandy beach area, and nature trails and picnic spots run through the grounds. A separate watersports business next door (Wild Shore) charges for its activities. Bookings go through Hoseasons, and we found no tent or touring pitches listed.
