Hadley Park is a working dairy and sheep farm on the edge of Whitchurch, close to the Welsh border, and the touring park is a newer addition to it. There are hardstanding pitches for caravans and motorhomes and serviced pitches for tents, served by a small toilet block with underfloor heating, a laundry and a washing-up room that doubles as a small library. The Shropshire Union Canal runs beside the land, and its towpath leads into Whitchurch for pubs and shops.

For something with a roof, two identical pods sit side by side looking over the fishing pool, each with a double bed, heater, patio and charcoal barbecue. A shepherd's hut by the canal sleeps two in twin beds and has a covered terrace, and a little barn is also let. The farm has an on-site cafe, a dog agility field you can book by the half hour, and a cross-country equestrian course. Dogs are not allowed in the glamping units.
