Acres of Glamping is a tiny glamping area on the grounds of Greenacres Animal Park, a small zoo on Cottage Lane just over the Welsh border, around fifteen minutes from Chester. There are only three bell tents: two sleep four, and a larger one added in 2025 sleeps six.
Each tent is carpeted and comes with beds, linen, electric points, a mini kitchen corner with crockery and a water butt, plus a fenced pitch with its own parking space, seating and a fire pit or barbecue. The first basket of logs is included, and a shared outdoor play area is on site.
Entry to the animal park is part of the stay, with an upgrade to a fuller package on arrival. Dogs are not allowed because of the animals, and the park says it does not take tents on its touring and glamping field.
