Beare Mill is a small certificated location on farmland near Crediton in Mid Devon, for Caravan and Motorhome Club members only and for caravans, motorhomes and campervans, not tents. Five pitches sit on the main site and three more in the orchard can be booked by email or phone. Every pitch has electric hook-up and a water tap.

There is a toilet pair and a wet room, laundry room with a washing machine, free satellite wifi, an Elsan point and a grey water area. Footpaths lead to Crediton in about 20 minutes, with its train station for Exeter, and the railway line passes close by. The lane in is narrow with passing places. Dogs are free, two per pitch.
