Watermouth Valley has been run by the same family since 1994 and sits on the coast road between Ilfracombe and Combe Martin, a few hundred yards past Watermouth Castle. It takes tents, caravans and motorhomes. The site is split in two: an Ocean View field with non-electric sea-view pitches (some allocated, plus an open, not-quite-flat area for about 25 units), and the Valley, with electric and non-electric pitches including a few double-size non-electric ones.

Three shower blocks (one is closed in low season), a launderette with a baby room, an accessible cubicle with no RADAR key needed, a shop open every day and food served from 5pm most evenings in the main season keep you from having to drive anywhere. Dogs are welcome and there is an off-lead exercise area above the Ocean View field. Fire pits are allowed if raised off the grass and can be hired or bought on site. The Sawmills pub is 300 yards away, Watermouth Harbour is a five-minute walk and Broadsands and Hele Bay beaches are close.
