Sundrum Castle sits in woodland in South Ayrshire, about six miles from Ayr and its long sandy beach. It is a mix of holiday caravans and a touring and camping area, so you can bring your own tent, tourer or motorhome as well as rent a caravan.
The park has an indoor pool with a flume, an adventure playground, kids' clubs and an evening entertainment venue. The Tam O'Shanter bar and restaurant has one of Scotland's bigger beer gardens, with a play park and mini golf, and there is a fish and chip takeaway and a Costa Coffee. A convenience store and a launderette (charged) are on site. Dogs are welcome in outdoor seating areas and some accommodation, but not inside the main venue. Culzean Castle and Heads of Ayr Farm Park are short drives.
