Snelling Farm is a sheep and pig farm beside the River Frome, at the end of a mile of forest track. Two flat fields lined with oaks let you choose your own spot, with room to spread out and very little light pollution at night.

Oak Tree Field is for families and couples; Meadow Field is for larger groups of three or more families. There are five electric hot showers, eco compost loos, washing-up sinks and drinking water, but no electric hook-up and no chemical toilet disposal.

A small farm shop sells frozen lamb and pork BBQ meat, milk, eggs and ice cream. Moreton Ford is ten minutes' walk and the Lawrence of Arabia Trail runs through the forest nearby.
