Shrowle Cottage is a small Camping and Caravanning Club certificated site in a paddock beside the River Chew at East Harptree, with a mix of hardstanding and grass pitches and room for tents. Booking is for Club members.
The 2026 Club listing gives a price of 25 pounds per unit per night including electric hook-up on most pitches, Wi-Fi and use of a utility room with kettle, microwave and toaster. A washing machine and tumble dryer cost a little extra, and there is a separate washroom with a flushing WC.
Footpaths from the site lead to local pubs, cafes and viewpoints, and Chew Valley Lake is a short drive away. Bristol, Bath, Wells and Cheddar are all within reach.
