River Breamish Club Campsite
Hardstanding-only Club site at the foot of the Cheviots near Powburn, with walks into the Breamish Valley from the gate. Non-members welcome.

River Breamish is a Caravan and Motorhome Club site half a mile off the A697 near Powburn. All 87 touring pitches are hardstanding, there are 3 tent pitches, and outfits up to 9.3m fit. Non-members can book.
You can walk from the site into the Breamish Valley, where there are hill forts and the remains of old settlements, and it is an easy walk to Powburn village. The Northumberland National Park centre at Ingram is a short drive away, and Alnwick Castle and the Bamburgh coast are within day-trip distance.
A fish and chip van calls on Mondays. The nearest big supermarkets are in Alnwick, about 12 miles away, with a Co-op at Wooler.
