  • Dogs welcome
  • Glamping

Budle Bay Campsite sits in a wooded valley beside a small river at Waren Mill, about two miles north of Bamburgh and a short walk from the Budle Bay mudflats. It takes tents, caravans, trailer tents, motorhomes and small campervans on a wide range of pitch sizes, with electricity as an optional extra on most pitches.

For more comfort there are shepherd-style huts, four lodges, a 12-bed bunkhouse and a separate hideaway cabin booked through another page. The site runs on its own solar power, keeps lighting low for dark skies, and has an on-site cafe, a play area, and free fridges and freezers for campers.

It is a low-key site with firm rules: no fires, no generators, no music, and no bell tents, gazebos or commercial-style vans. Under-18s must be with a parent or guardian.
